Creating a New Cut Order

Once you have your files ready and have the customer's order, you can then create a cut order. This allows you to take the input file, i.e., PDS file, and create a cut file. The cut file is calculated according to the requested number of sizes, colors and fabrics and is based on a combination of sizes and colors. The CutPlan groups the sizes that need to be in the same marker together and the number of plies is computed to fulfill the order requirements.

To make the process more simple and easier to follow, CutPlan uses a wizard allowing you to easily move on to the next step, and/or return to previous screen.

Note: You must have Excel installed on your computer in order to create Fabric Rolls.
