Adding Seams to your Pattern

You can add seams to your pattern when you want to define the area between the fabric edges and the line of stitches, otherwise known as seam allowance. There are a few different options for creating seams:

• Seam: Allows you to add a seam manually to your pieces.

• Basic Seam: Allows you to add a simple seam on all the selected pieces.

• Round Seam Corner: Allows you to add a seam with a rounded corner.

• Arc on Seam: Allows you to add an arc shaped seam.

• Wave on Seam: Allows you to add a wave shaped seam.

The Seam tools can be accessed via the main menu, toolbox, or keyboard shortcuts.
