Rotate Piece

This icon will allow you to rotate the selected piece(s) with your mouse. The pivot point is the point clicked by the mouse.. If the Limit Rotation command in the Options menu is enabled, the Rotation Limits must also be defined in the Piece Properties. If the Snap to Axis after Rotation option in the Options menu is enabled, the piece will snap to the closest axis(within 8 degrees).

To rotate piece:

• If the rotation allowance defined as 1 - Way

  • The piece will NOT be able to rotate at all (No Rotation)

• If the rotation allowance defined as 2 - Way

  • The piece will be able to rotate any direction in 180 degree angles

• If the rotation allowance defined as 4 - Way

  • The piece will be able to rotate any direction in 90 degree angles

• If the rotation allowance defined as Any

  • The piece will be able to rotate in any direction in any angle (Not limited to 90/180 degrees)
