Important Information
• If you try to change style positions when comments are being generated, it will affect the screen-shots in Excel.
• Mentioned users list will always appear at the bottom. Scroll down if needed.
• Clicking hyperlinks in Excel shows a warning in Protected mode. This can be avoided by enabling editing, at the top of Excel.
• Files list disappears when a folder is opened for adding styles for Side-by-Side viewing. Reopening the folder will show the files list.

To be able to upload files directly from PDS you will have to install Optitex O/Cloud Link. (

Optitex Optitex O/Cloud Link only works with PDS version 21.4 or later, please update your PDS if needed before you install Optitex O/Cloud Link.

The icon in the taskbar starts flashing for 5 seconds and the notification number shows "1", then the icon is displayed in yellow color until you will open the O/Cloud Link. Click on the flashed icon to open O/Cloud link.
