Viewing a Tech Pack / Report

The Preview window displays the generated tech pack or report.

You can use different tools to print the tech pack or the report, change the page setup, zoom in/out, change the page color and more.

To view a report:

Generate the tech pack or report.

The tech pack / report opens in Preview mode as follows:

Use the tools in the toolbar as follows:

Tool	Description
Document
Open	Opens a new document.
Save	Saves the current document.
Print
Print	Sends the document to the printer. You can select another printer, define number of copies, etc.
Quick Print	Sends the document to the default printer. You cannot select another printer with this option.
Options	Allows you to edit printing options.
Parameters	Allows you to edit report parameters.
Page Setup
Header/Footer	Allows you to edit the header/footer in the document.
Scale	Allows you to stretch or shrink the printed output to a percentage of the actual size.
Margins	Allows to you define the margins of the document. You can either select a preset or customize your own margins.
Orientation	Allows you to change the page orientation: portrait/landscape.
Size	Allows you to select the paper size of the document.
Navigation
Find	Allows you to search for text in the document.
Thumbnails	Allows you to navigate through the document via thumbnails.
Bookmarks	Allows you to navigate through the document via a document map.
Editing Fields	If turned on, highlights all fields that are editable in the document.
First Page	Allows you to navigate to the first page of the document.
Previous Page	Allows you to navigate to the previous page.
Next Page	Allows you to navigate to the next page.
Last Page	Allows you to navigate to the last page of the document.
Zoom
Mouse Pointer	Shows the mouse pointer
Hand Tool	Allows you to manually scroll through the pages in the document.
Magnifier	Allows you to use the magnify tool to zoom into the document with one click.
Many Pages	Allow you to arrange the layout of the pages in the document.
Zoom Out	Allows you to zoom out so you can see more of a page at a reduced size.
Zoom	Allows you to manually change the zoom level.
Zoom In	Allows you to zoom in so you can get a close-up view of the document.
Page Background
Page Color	Allows you to choose a background color of the document.
Watermark	Allows you to add a watermark to the document.
Export
Export To	Allows you to export the document to another format, such as PDF, HTML, etc.
Email As	Allows you to export the document to another format and attach to an email.
Close
Close	Allows you to close the print preview.
