Understanding Company Structure

A company in O/Cloud may contain 3 types of items: Workspace, Folder and File.

When you access a company's space in O/Cloud, the first thing you will see is the Workspace.

A company can create unlimited number of Workspaces, these can be organized any way you want, according to your company's needs and processes.

Inside a Workspace, you can create Folders and upload Files. You can Create any number of Folders, and upload any number of files into the Workspace.
