How to Open the Details Panel

The Details panel will be available for all the items you create or upload to your account, and all the users in your company will have access to it.

The Details panel is divided into 3 sections: Details, Filters, Collaborators

To open the Details panel, click on the relevant item using the right-mouse button and select Details

Details section

The content of the Details section is contextual, the information displayed in it depends on the type of item you selected.

All items will have the basic information: Name, Created By, Location and Description

PDS Files

PDS files that were uploaded from PDS directly will contain additional information that is taken directly from PDS: (PDS files that were uploaded using PDS Versions older than 19.6 will not contain this information)

Style- This field will display the Style Name that was added in PDS

Pattern Created By- When uploading a file in PDS, user can fill this field. If the user didn’t fill it, you can edit the file and add it using the web application

Pattern Create Date- When uploading a file in PDS, user can fill this field. If the user didn’t fill it, you can edit the file and add it using the web application

Size Information- This section will contain the following details: Base Size, Full Size list of the style, Uploaded Size

Fabric Information- We displayed here all the fabrics that were used in the style in PDS

Piece Information- We displayed here a list of all the pieces in the file and description if it was added

Filters Section

In the Filters section you will be able to see which Filters were applied on the selected item.

Filters section is displayed only for Folders and Files. Workspaces will not have this section

Collaborators Section

In the Collaborators section you will be able to see a list of users who have access to the selected item and the permissions level they have.

Details Panel Menu

At the top part of the panel, you will have a menu with 3 options. These options will be available depending on the permissions level you have on the selected item.

All users will have the Download option on Files and Folders.

Edit Filters and Manage Collaborators require specific permissions and will be displayed only in case you have them
