2D Zooming In or Out Using the Toolbar
Zoom in or a out one level at a time, keeping the current center point.
Repeat to proceed to the next zoom level.
This is useful when you want to gradually advance or retract the zoom level.
To zoom in our out using the toolbar:

On the toolbar select the zoom in, or zoom out tool:

The toolbar zoom icon changes to or and the view is zoomed automatically one level up or down from the current zoom level.

To proceed to the next zoom level, click the zoom icon again (no need to open the drop-down list).

To switch to the zoom direction, select the opposite zoom icon on the toolbar.
Note: The last selected zoom tool will remain active and can be used directly without opening the drop-down list.
