Moving Guide Lines

Move guidelines and reposition them as needed.

To move a guideline:

1. Activate the selection tool.

2. Click and drag a guideline.
   
   The guideline moves along with the mouse.  

3. Once the guideline has reached its new position, release the mouse.
   
   The guideline is repositioned.

Notes:

• During the action the mouse slides freely along the length of the guideline allowing you to place it over existing elements.

• Guidelines may also be moved precisely by designating a distance or by aligning to existing points.This can be done using the guidelines properties dialog
