Report Command

You can use the Report command when you want to create an Excel report that contains all the details of your Marker/ PDS files.

The Report command can be accessed either via the main menu or via the Icon toolbar.

To run the Report command:

  1. Stand on the row of the file you require

Or

Select multiple files using Shift on your keyboard.

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Commands > Report.

If you have added Marker files, the Report to Excel dialog appears:

  1. A default location automatically appears in the File Name field. If you want to define a different location, click Browse and then select the desired location.

Select the following checkboxes:

  • Standard marker report: If you want to create a standard report that includes the basic details of the Marker.

  • Costs Report: If you to include the cost calculations report.

  • Check Current Solution report: If you want to include the check solution report.

  • Time Report: If you want to include the time report.

Or

If you have added PDS files, the Report to Excel dialog appears:

  1. A default location automatically appears in the File Name field. If you want to define a different location, click Browse and then select the desired location.

  1. Click Ok when you are done.

An Excel report is created in the defined location.
