Mix & Match Your 3D Styles
Starting from version O21.0, you can create a Mix & Match of your colorways and garments for Line and Range reviews, and create Photo Realistic images of all combinations.
You can save each style & colorway as a separate CLT file and then
simply drag & drop on your avatar to create outfit combination.
The following workflow demonstrates how to create pants and t-shirt combinations with different colorways.
Note: Pick the Avatar pose that you want to use for your final Mix & Match combinations. Use the same pose to simulate
Creating the first 3D Style (pants):
-

Open PDS and load the Avatar in 3D.
 -

Open the pants PDS file and then simulate the pattern.

 -

Create different variants/articles according to the required pants colorways.

 -

Select the first colorway, then save the cloth as a CLT file. Do the same for each colorway that you want to use in Mix & Match.

Creating the second 3D Style (t-shirt):
-

Clear the 2D and 3D workspace leaving the Avatar only.
 -

Use the same Avatar and pose that was used to create the first 3D Style.
 -

Load the CLT file you created earlier (pants). You can either use the Load icon from the 3D toolbar in the 3D window ,or drag & drop the CLT file to the 3D window.

 -

Open the t-shirt PDS file and then simulate the pattern.
Note:Clear Cloth / Refresh 3D does not remove the previously loaded CLT file (pants).

 -

Create the different variants/articles required for the t-shirt colorways.

 -

Select the first colorway, then save the cloth as a CLT file. Do the same for each colorway that you want to use in Mix & Match.
