Installing Optitex Software

Follow these easy instructions when you want to install Optitex software on your computer.

For more detailed information about installation, see Optitex Installation Guide.

Before you install Optitex software, make sure your computer is compatible to avoid installation issues, see Optitex System Requirements.

Important: If you install Plugins on top of Optitex 64bit version, the Cutter Must, 32bit supported Plugin will not work.

To install Optitex software:

Select the package you want to install.
Unzip the package and extract the contents to your local computer.

Note: It is recommended to run the installation as an administrator to make sure the software installs successfully. Right click on the installation file and select "Run as Admin".

Run the installation package and follow the wizard.
Once you are done installing, you must activate your software. See Activating Optitex Software.
