Install RS-232 – USB Cable Drivers

Install the USB driver provided on the Resource CD, labeled “Mark-10 USB Device”. Install the USB driver before physically connecting the tester to a PC with the USB cable.

1. Run the application “Mark-10USBInstaller_x64.exe” for 64-bit operating systems, or “Mark-10USBInstaller_x86.exe” for 32-bit operating systems.

 

2. Follow the instructions available within the installation routine.

3. After the installation completes, you may be prompted to restart the computer. This is recommended though not necessary.

4. Connect the Mark-10 instrument to a USB port on the PC.
