Gerber
How
come when I attempt to convert a zip file, I do not see the model name
in the Models tab. I only have a list of pieces?
Click the Models
tab to see the model. If there is no model listed, the source file
does not contain a model, only pieces.
Internal
text was not converted from gerber to pds? what am I doing wrong?
This is a known issue. Converter1 does
not support conversions on internal text tables form Gerber. We hope
to include this feature soon.
Why
did I receive the wrong notch type after converting from Gerber?
You
did not set the correct
Notch settings before converting.
From the left hand
corner you have a Notch Settings button. Open this dialog window and
change the notch setting to the required size.
Lectra
I
am getting strange internal lines all over the converted PDS files -
what can I do to remove them?
The
lines might be ‘flat pattern’ map lines which were used to create
the piece.
To not have them converted, clear both options under Convert
Flat Pattern in the Settings
dialog in the Lectra Converter.
I am converting a PLX file, but I received
an empty marker file. Why is this?
The MDL file is missing. To convert PLX
successfully, the MDL file must be available and saved in the same
location as the PLX file.
